BONFIRE NIGHT & FIREWORKS
Join us for Bonfire Night this year at The Leicester Arms for a magical evening of firelight, fireworks, and festive cheer. Join us on Wednesday 5th November from 5pm as the garden comes alive with glowing fire pits, children’s activities, and the scent of mulled wine and cider in the air.
The fireworks display begins at 7pm, lighting up the Penshurst sky, with our Garden Bar and Kitchen open till late serving hearty autumn dishes and drinks to keep you warm.
Entry is free, but tickets are limited to 150 (max 6 per person) so gather your friends, bring your sparklers, and celebrate Bonfire Night in true country style.

BEAST & BEAUJOLAIS WINE DINNER
Join us at The Leicester Arms on Friday 21st November, 7pm for Beast & Beaujolais, a cosy, celebratory evening of four courses paired with four wines from the region, including a welcome glass of 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau. Expect a generous, seasonal menu inspired by travels in France but celebrating local meats and autumnal produce, matched to expressive Beaujolais across the styles. Candlelight, good company and beautifully balanced wines, a perfect way to toast the new vintage.

HALLOWEEN AT THE LEICESTER ARMS
Join us on Thursday 31st October for a Halloween Party at The Leicester Arms: the brilliant New Immigrants will be playing live to keep the garden buzzing, little monsters can get creative at our pumpkin-carving table, and the Garden Kitchen will be firing pizzas alongside sizzling bratwurst. The Garden Bar will be pouring a cracking line-up of drinks, with warming mulled wine and cider to keep fingers toasty while the music plays.
